+ SHIPPING POLICY
International Shipping
Currently, I provide Shipping internationally. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 business days. Due to the fact that some items are made to order, please allow an additional 3-5 business days. If you have requested custom framing for a work on paper or canvas, timing will vary within each artwork.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me with the email address provided and I will happily answer all of your inquiries.
Shipping Includes tracking, and professional packaging. If you would like to arrange a pick up for an item, or if you would like to inquire about an alternate delivery method please contact me directly.
+ RETURNS
There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art. I do not accept returns or provide refunds on original artwork purchased through this website. Any artwork or print is final sale. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, we insure each package and must be made aware of damaged or lost items within 30 days of shipment in order to file a claim for reimbursement.
Colour variation will not be considered an acceptable description as a defective/damaged refund or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describe the work and color variations may occur because of differences in monitor settings.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost due to damage are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all damaged goods be returned for repair and insured with a tracking number. Please email kathrynlastart@gmail.com if returning a damaged item ASAP.
+ RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the artwork can be shipped again.

Your purchase will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
